Derived from technologies developed for the flagship Relentless Series, the Progression M550 incorporates Dan D'Agostino’s proprietary Super Rail circuitry along with a massively overbuilt power supply anchored by a 2,000VA transformer and nearly 100,000 microfarads of storage capacitance. Advanced thermal management is achieved through large elliptical heatsinks milled from solid aluminum billets for superior cooling efficiency and long-term reliability.

The discrete balanced signal path and upgraded high-power output devices provide enhanced bandwidth, low distortion, and increased Class A operating range for improved tonal accuracy and musical detail. Completing the design is the company’s signature Swiss watch-inspired analog power meter integrated into a precision-machined aluminum chassis.
