Built around a highly optimized moving coil generator architecture, the Aphelion 2 incorporates a boron rod cantilever, fine line nude diamond stylus profile, and an ultra-miniaturized iron micro cross and coil assembly to achieve exceptional groove tracing precision and extremely low moving mass. Rega’s high-power neodymium magnet system and ultra-fine 0.018mm wire construction further enhance speed, transparency, and low-level detail retrieval.

The graded zero-tolerance black anodised aluminium body provides exceptional rigidity and resonance control while maintaining precise alignment integrity.
