The Audio Research LS17 is a high-performance stereo line-stage preamplifier designed to bring the musicality and dimensionality of vacuum-tube amplification to a refined, highly transparent control center. Drawing on technology developed for Audio Research's Reference Series, the LS17 delivers an open, dynamic presentation with excellent tonal balance, detail, and the natural musical character for which Audio Research is known.

At the heart of the LS17 is a fully balanced audio circuit utilizing a pair of 6H30 dual-triode tubes. Its combination of balanced and single-ended connectivity makes it easy to integrate into a wide variety of high-end systems, while features such as processor pass-through, electronic volume control, and both balanced and single-ended outputs provide excellent flexibility without compromising signal quality.

This LS17 features the classic Silver faceplate and is in excellent pre-owned condition with no visible signs of wear or use. It presents exceptionally well and is an excellent opportunity to add Audio Research's renowned tube preamplification to a serious two-channel system.
