Sony TC-K909ES 3-Head ES Series Cassette Deck - Black - Fully Serviced

The Sony TC-K909ES is a high-end 3-head stereo cassette deck from Sony’s renowned ES (Elevated Standard) series. Introduced in the early 1990s, it was engineered as a serious reference deck with a quartz-locked direct-drive transport, closed-loop dual-capstan mechanism, and Sony’s PPR Laser Amorphous record and playback heads.

The TC-K909ES supports Normal, Chrome, and Metal tapes and includes Dolby B, C, and S noise reduction along with Dolby HX Pro. Its manual two-tone calibration system allows precise adjustment of bias, record level, and equalization, while the digital peak meters and real-time tape counter provide accurate monitoring during recording and playback.

This TC-K909ES has been fully serviced and cleaned, including the installation of new belts. The deck was gone through to ensure the transport and controls are operating properly and is ready to be put back into regular use. Cosmetically, the faceplate is in good condition and presents well. There are scratches on the top of the machine from previous use, as shown in the photos.

CONDITION:
