Today was the 2nd time I’ve purchased gear from Eric at salon 1. I can’t say enough about how good of an experience it was both times. Very easy to get things done and I’m super happy with my gear. 5 stars all day long.

Eric is the only person you should do business with. He goes out of his way to make the customer happy. l traded my current speakers in for a better pair. He gave me a great price on the trade and worked with me on the new speakers, but it doesn't stop after the sale. He was coming to town so he delivered the speakers and took the my previous pair with him. Looking to purchase some more audio equipment from him. I highly recommend giving Eric a call for all your audio needs ... you won't be disappointed.

I was referred to Salon1 Audio by a good friend and fellow music lover. Upon visiting the website for the first time I was impressed with the selection but was more impressed with the pricing. The following morning I called and was introduced to Eric. This guy is not only pleasant to work with but he knows his stuff. Eric patiently and thoroughly answered my barrage of questions and ultimately led me to the Good Stuff. I purchased the Pro-Ject xtension9 turntable in high gloss Burled Walnut. This turntable not only sounds good but it is like a small piece of elegant furniture for my system. It actually classes up the place. Bottom line: Call Eric, I guarantee you will be glad you did. Eric is a great person to buy from, he goes out of his way to make the purchase happen.l bought A very high end turn table from him on ebay, I was very sceptical about making such a large purchase on line but after a few emails I was confident it would be fine. He made me a fair offer for my trade in speakers and the new speakers arrived perfectly packed in the factory crates with protective film applied to protect the finish, just like from the factory. Eric goes the extra mile to ensure his customers are taken well care of and is always available for a phone call to answer questions, discuss best set-up practices, and make helpful suggestions. I couldn’t be more pleased with my new speakers and Salon 1 Audio will be my first stop when I am shopping for new audio equipment.

I met Eric virtually while looking for new speakers and an upgrade of my main listening room. My first virtual contact was in March and he delivered my system upgrades to me in Grand Rapids, Michigan in November. Eric, is an honest, analytical and laid back person that never pushed a sale rather he guided me in the right direction based on my answers to his questions. I made what I would determine were significant upgrades to speakers as well as components, some new, some previously owned and everything I purchased including cabling was exactly as described. I shocked myself by trusting someone this much that I purchased an amp, a pre-amp, speakers, network streamer, cabling, turntable, speakers for another room and on and on over the phone/internet without ever hearing them still amazes me that he was able to listen to exactly what I wanted and nailed it 100%. Not only have I gained an amazing audio dealer I have gained a friend! Something that rarely happens these days when normal dealers just try to sell and rush through a transaction. On a recent trip to FL I found Salon1Audio via the internet. I’m in the market for some new components and had multiple conversations with Eric. Unfortunately, I was unable to visit Salon1Audio during this trip but maintained an internet and phone relationship. Eric, has been way helpful in his assessment of my system to the point that I have made significant purchases based strictly on his recommendations. After showing photos to him of my room setups he was able recommend Sonus Faber Stiletto I speakers for my family room bookshelf speakers and not only due they fit in with the decor, they sound fantastic. I have since purchased REL subs and set up with his guidance as well as amplifier stands and multiple Transparent cabling solutions including XLR, speaker cables, wall outlet conditioners and power cords. Although we haven’t landed on a pre amp yet I fully trust that Eric will help me with that solution soon as well. I am truly blown away with his shipment and delivery process and his ability to do this over the phone during Covid while he is unable to make the trip for a house call. The best part about Salon1Audio is their constant “in touch” customer service. Although I am not very close to Orlando I will 100% of the time use Eric and Salon1Audio for my AV needs.
